Friday, Sept. 19, 2025 - Daytime Update

8:00AM - Maureen slightly opened her eyes but went back to sleep 2-3mins after. She's comfortably lying on her left side.

8:30AM - She's still sleeping.

9:00AM - Still asleep.

9:20AM - Maureen woke up, although still looking sleepy - we placed her on her back and gave sips of water via swab in an upright position. Administered 75mcg of Levothyroxine with apple sauce.

9:32AM - Neb treatment with saline.

BP: 102/62, P: 65, O2: 95%

9:45AM - Me and Dalia gave Maureen a full body bed bath with warm water and cetaphil cleanser. Diaper was dry with very small, yellowish v. discharge. No redness on skin. We cleaned and changed her. Applied cavilon barrier film on sacrum and cream on inner thighs. We dressed her and washed her hair after.

10:10AM - Maureen took 10oz of lemon water before breakfast.

Breakfast - scrambled egg, pear, and 8oz coffee.

10:25AM - Had to pause eating due to Maureen got jumpy, eyes wide for 10-15sec. Will wait for her to settle down before we continue eating.

Maureen coughed 3x (dry). Arms slightly tight.

11:10AM - Oral care.

Facial and hand care routine.

11:40AM - Maureen closed her eyes for a nap.

11:55AM - We transferred Maureen to the bedroom for her 1st rest break. Diaper was clean and dry, we placed to face her right side.

12:30PM - Short rest break ended. Diaper was still clean and dry. We dressed Maureen and went out to the patio for lunch.

12:40PM - Lunch - fish and chips, and 12oz rootbeer. Maureen finished and ate well. Coughed 3x.

She had sherbet with brownie for dessert which she enjoyed and had 4oz of lemon water.

2:05PM - Catie, RN came from Journey Care came for re-validation.

2:25PM - Administered 500mg Tylenol (crushed) apple sauce.

Oral care.

2:35PM - We transferred Maureen to the bedroom for her 2nd rest break. Diaper was medium wet, we cleaned and changed her. Position to face the right side.

3:30PM - 2nd rest break ended. Diaper was clean and dry, we dressed Maureen and moved to the front room.

3:45PM - Maureen took 5oz of electolyte. Fruit snack (kiwi, pear and melon).
