Friday, Sept. 13, 2024 - Daytime Update

8:00AM - Maureen was awake but looking sleepy, lying on her left side.

8:20AM - Maureen closed her eyes and went back to sleep.

8:40AM - She opened her eyes and waited atleast 10mins and in an upright position - administered 75mcg of Levothyroxine with apple sauce.

8:50AM - Me and Dalia gave Maureen a full bed body bath using warm water with Cetaphil cleanser, no redness on skin. Diaper was medium wet, no vaginal discharges. Cleaned and changed her. Applied Cavilon barrier film on sacrum and Cavilon cream on folds. Dressed Maureen and proceed to wash Maureen hair.

We then, transferred Maureen to the kitchen to dry and style her hair.

9:30AM - Breakfast - 8oz prune juice, Activia, pancake with grape jam. Maureen finished a cup of lemon water. She ate very well. Coughed 3x and sneezed one time.

10:00AM - Administered 2 Senna S (crushed) and 10mg of Loratadine with yogurt.

10:15AM - Oral care.

Followed with facial and hand care routine.

10:25AM - Went out for a walk.

11:20AM - Came back home from a good walk. Maureen was awake the whole time.

** Had 1/4 cup of lemon water.

11:30AM - We moved Maureen to the bedroom for her 1st rest break. Diaper was clean and dry, we position her to face the right side.

12:35PM - 1st rest break ended. Diaper was medium wet, we cleaned/dried and changed her. Finished dressing then, transferred to the kitchen.

12:45PM - Lunch was classic pizza and rootbeer. Maureen enjoyed lunch. No coughs.

BP: 105/65, P:68 bpm

1:30PM - Oral care. **Reclined geri chair one notch for Maureen comfort.

2:00PM - Maureen sitting on recliner - relaxed, listening to the music.

2:30PM - We moved Maureen to the bedroom for her 2nd resr break. Diaper was medium wet, we cleaned and changed. Position to face her left side.

3:35PM - 2nd rest break ended. Diaper was medium wet, we cleaned/dried and changed her. Finished dressing and moved to the front room.

3:45PM - Having fruit snack (kiwi, pear and melon) while watching game shows. She had 1/3 cup of lemon water.
