4:00 PM. Arrived. Maureen is sittinb comfortably on her recliner chair.

5:00 PM. Dinner- chicken teriyaki and rice bowl and a cup of lemon water which Maureen finished and enjoyed. **coughed 2x

5:45 PM. BP was manually taken, 125/75 W, Pulse 65

5:50 PM. Administered 5mg of Olanzapine and 12.5 ml of Vimpat with apple sauce

6:15 PM. Oral and denture care done

6:45 PM. Transferred Maureen back to bedroom. Her diaper was heavy wet. Cleaned, dried and changed. Applied Cavilon cream to perineal area and Cetaphil lotion to upper and lower extremities. Positioned her to be facing left with 2 wedge pillows and put a pollow between her legs to avoid any pressure injury.
