• 4:00pm Maureen’s sitting comfortably in her recliner watching a game show.

• 4:45pm Diaper it’s dry,

• 4:50pm Dinner: Gnocchi with tomato sauce, half cup of lemon water, and rice pudding for dessert. No coughs.

• 5:50pm Administered 12.5ml Vimpat and 5mg Olanzapine with apple sauce.

• 6:00pm Oral care.

• 6:20pm Transferred Maureen to the bedroom. Clean/change a heavy wet diaper with small amount of pinky blood spot, applied Cavilon barrier cream. Wipe/clean hands and face, applied Cetaphil cream, including lower extremities.

• 6:50pm Positioned on her left side, Maureen goes to sleep for the night.

• Vitals: temp: 97.6, Pulse: 88, O2: 97.
