Friday, Oct. 31, 2025 - Swing shift

• 4:00pm Maureen is sitting comfortably in her recliner watching a game show.

• 4:30pm Blood pressure: 112/80.

  O2: 97

• 4:45pm Diaper is dry.

• 4:55pm Dinner: Salmon, mashed potato, Brussels sprouts, and 7oz of lemon water. Maureen coughed twice during meal.

• 5:55pm Administered 12.5ml Vimpat and 5mg Olanzapine with apple sauce.

  6:10pm Oral care.

• 6:20pm Transferred Maureen to the bedroom. Tom and I clean/change a heavy wet diaper, applied Medline Remedy cream.  Wipe/clean hands and face, applied Cetaphil cream, including lower extremities.

  Temp: 96.0

   Pulse: 70

   O2: 97

  Positioned on her left side, Maureen goes to sleep for the night.
