Friday, Oct. 3, 2025 - Daytime Update

8:00AM - Maureen's still sound asleep while on her left side.

8:30AM - She's still sleeping.

8:45AM - Maureen slightly opened her eyes, still looking sleepy. We will give her more time before we start her day. Gave her sips of water via swab.

8:55AM - We placed her in an upright position. and administered 75mcg of Levothyroxine with apple sauce.

BP: 110/62, P: 68bpm, O2: 96%

9:05AM- Neb treatment with saline.

9:15AM - Me and Dalia gave her a full body bed bath, no redness on skin. Diaper was lightly wet, we cleaned and changed her. Applied Sureprep barrier film on sacrum and Cavilon cream on inner thighs. We dressed Maureen and proceed to wash her hair.

9:40AM - We transferred to the kitchen. She took 10oz of lemon water. Administered 10mg of Loratadine with apple sauce.

Breakfast - pancake with butter and strawberry jam, banana and 5 oz coffee. Maureen had multiple sneezes and coughed 3x.

10:30AM - Oral care.

Facial and hand care routine.

10:45AM - Kathy came by to visit Maureen.

Maureen was relaxed while sitting and awake the entire time.

11:30AM - We took Maureen to the bedroom for her 1st rest break. Diaper was medium wet, we cleaned and changed her. Position to face the right side.

12:30PM - 1st rest break is over. Diaper was clean and dry. We got Maureen dressed and moved to the front room.

12:40PM - Lunch - turkey and cheese sandwich, avocado and root beer. Coughed 4x.

1:40PM - Oral care.

2:15PM - Maureen had 8oz of water with electrolyte powder.

2:30PM - Maureen's looking tired however, stayed awake. It's time as well for her 2nd rest break, we transferred her to the bedroom. Diaper was medium wet, we cleaned and changed her. Position to face the right side.

3:35PM - 2nd rest break is over. Diaper was medium wet, we cleaned and changed her. We dressed Maureen and transferred to the front room.

3:45PM - Maureen took 5oz of water. Fruit snack (kiwi, pear and melon).
