• 4:00pm Maureen is sitting comfortably in her recliner watching a game show.

• 4:30pm Blood pressure: 108/61.

  Pulse: 86

  O2: 97

• 4:50pm Diaper is light wet.

• 5:00pm Dinner: Orange chicken with rice, and 5oz of lemon water. Maureen coughed and sneezed twice during meal.

• .6:00pm Administered 12.5ml Vimpat and 5mg Olanzapine with apple sauce.

  6:10pm Oral care.

• 6:20pm Transferred Maureen to the bedroom. Tom and I clean/change a heavy wet diaper with a medium-formed BM, applied Medline Remedy cream.  Wipe/clean hands and face, applied Cetaphil cream, including lower extremities.

  Temp: 96.5

   Pulse: 79

   O2: 97

  Positioned on her left side, Maureen goes to sleep for the night.
