• 4:00pm Maureen is sitting comfortably in her recliner watching a game show.

• 4:30pm Blood pressure: 106/67.

  Pulse: 83

  O2: 95

• 4:45pm Diaper is dry

• 4:55pm Dinner: Rotisserie chicken with mashed potato and broccoli, and 10oz root beer. Maureen coughed three times during meal.

• 5:50pm Administered 12.5ml Vimpat and 5mg Olanzapine with apple sauce.

  6:00pm Oral care.

• 6:20pm Transferred Maureen to the bedroom. Tom and I clean/change a heavy wet diaper, applied Cavilon barrier cream.  Wipe/clean hands and face, applied Cetaphil cream, including lower extremities.

  Temp: 96.5

   Pulse: 78

   O2: 97

  Positioned on her left side, Maureen goes to sleep for the night.
