Friday, Oct. 17, 2025 - Daytime Update

8:00AM - Maureen's on her left side, still sleeping.

8:35AM - Maureen moved and made noises, slightly opened her eyes but went back to sleep.

9:00AM - Still sleeping.

9:30AM - We switched her to face the right side. Eyes still closed. P: 66, O2: 97%

10:00AM - Eyes still closed and not moving, no signs of any distress.

10:20AM - Maureen's eyes slightly opened, still looking sleepy. Placed Maureen in an upright position and gave her sips of water via swab as soon as she was ready to take. Administered 75mcg of Levothyroxine with apple sauce.

10:35AM - Neb treatment with albuterol.

10:50AM - Me and Dalia gave Maureen a full body bed bath using warm water and Cetaphil cleanser. Diaper was medium wet - no redness on skin. We cleaned and changed her. Applied Sureprep barrier film and cream on inner thighs. Finished dressing and washed her hair after.

11:15AM - Maureen had 10oz of lemon water. Administered 10mg of Loratadine with apple sauce.

She had 6 oz fruit smoothie and 8oz prune juice. Maureen enjoyed it. Coughed once.

11:55AM - Oral care.

Facial and hand care

12:15PM - Out for a walk.

1:15PM - Nice day and weather. Came back. Maureen's eyes closed, we went to the front room.

**We noticed a slight redness on Maureen's left ankle, not raised and no swelling.

Lunch - chicken/rice soup, avocado and 5 oz water with electrolyte. Maureen coughed 2x. She ate well although eyes were almost closed.

Barb arrived.

1:55PM - Oral care.

2:05PM - We transferred Maureen for her only rest break of the day. Diaper was heavy wet, we cleaned and changed her. Position to face her right side.

Maureen closed her eyes 15mins after.

3:30PM - She slept for 50mins. Now, rest break ended. Diaper was clean and dry, we got her dressed and moved to the front room.

3:45PM - Fruit snack (kiwi, pear and melon). Maureen took 4oz of water with electrolytes.

Total liquid intake - 33 oz
