• 4:00pm Maureen is sitting comfortably on her recliner watching a game show.

• 4:25pm Blood pressure: 107/60.

  Pulse: 72

  O2: 97

• 4:30pm Albuterol Neb treatment.

• 4:45pm Diaper is dry.

• 4:50pm Dinner: Meat and sauce spaghetti with 6oz of lemon water. Maureen coughed four times during meal.

• 5:30pm Sprayed Maureen’s nostrils with saline mist.

• 5:50pm Administered 12.5ml Vimpat and 5mg Olanzapine with apple sauce.

  6:00pm Oral care.

• 6:20pm Transferred Maureen to the bedroom. Tom and I clean/change a medium wet diaper with a small-formed BM, applied Medline Remedy cream.  Wipe/clean hands and face, applied Cetaphil cream, including lower extremities.

  Temp: 97.2

   Pulse: 72

   O2: 97

  Positioned on her left side, Maureen goes to sleep for the night.
