• 4:00pm Maureen is sitting comfortably in her recliner watching a game show.

• 4:30pm Blood pressure: 109/63.

  Pulse: 74

  O2: 96

• 4:45pm Diaper is light wet.

• 4:55pm Dinner: Thanksgiving leftover with 5oz of lemon water. Maureen coughed twice during meal.

• 5:55pm Administered 12.5ml Vimpat and 5mg Olanzapine with apple sauce.

  6:05pm Oral care.

• 6:20pm Transferred Maureen to the bedroom. Tom and I clean/change a heavy wet diaper, applied Cavilon barrier cream.  Wipe/clean hands and face, applied Cetaphil cream including lower extremities.

  Temp: 95

   Pulse: 72

   O2: 91

  Positioned on her left side, Maureen goes to sleep for the night.

I checked her temperature again at 7:00, it was 97.5°
