• 4:00pm Maureen is sitting comfortably on her recliner watching a game show.

• 4:20pm Administered 20ml expectorant with apple sauce.

• 4:25pm Blood pressure: 114/68.

  Pulse: 80

  O2: 96

• 4:30pm Albuterol Neb treatment.

• 4:45pm Diaper is dry.

• 4:50pm Dinner: Salmon with steamed veggies, and 6oz of apple juice. Maureen coughed three times during meal.

• 5:50pm Administered 12.5ml Vimpat and 5mg Olanzapine with apple sauce.

  6:00pm Oral care.

• 6:20pm Transferred Maureen to the bedroom. Tom and I clean/change a heavy wet diaper, applied Cavilon barrier cream.  Wipe/clean hands and face, applied Cetaphil cream including lower extremities.

  Temp: 96.7

   Pulse: 57

   O2: 96

  Positioned on her left side, Maureen goes to sleep for the night.
