Friday, Nov. 15, 2024 - Daytime Update

8:00AM - Maureen was calm, awake while lying on her left side. No signs of pain and distress.

8:40AM - In an upright position, administered 75 mcg of Levothyroxine with apple sauce.

8:50AM - Me and Dalia gave Maureen a full body bed bath, no redness/rashes on skin. Diaper was dry with very small, light yellow vaginal discharge. We cleaned/dried and changed Maureen. Applied Cavilon barrier film on sacrum and Cavilon cream on inner thighs. We dressed Maureen and proceed washing her hair - transferred to the kitchen to blow dry and style the hair.

9:25AM - Breakfast - 8 oz prune juice with 1 cap Miralax, oatmeal pancake, yogurt and sips of coffee. Maureen coughed 2x, she's a bit phlegmy and trying to get it out.

**Reclined geri chair one notch for comfort.

MiraLAX dose today - 1 cap

10:00AM - Administered 10mg Loratadine with yogurt.

10:15AM - Oral care.

Followed with facial and hand care routine.

10:30AM - Maureen looking sleepy while sitting on her chair, listening to the music.

11:00AM - BP: 105/63, P: 83bpm

Maureen had a cup of lemon water.

11:30AM - We transferred her to the bedroom for the 1st rest break. Diaper was medium wet with very small formed BM. We cleaned and changed, position to face her right side.

12:35PM - 1st rest break ended. Diaper was clean and dry, no signs of discharges. Dressed and moved Maureen to the kitchen.

12:45PM - Lunch - chicken rice soup, toast and guacamole. Maureen finished a cup of sparkling water. Coughed once. She was able to get rid some of the phlegm.

**Reclined geri chair one notch prior to lunch for comfort.

1:15PM - Oral care.

1:25PM - Neb treatment - saline sol'n to help loosen phlegm.

**Maureen coughed out phlegm by herself after Neb treatment.

2:00PM - Maureen is sitting comfortably, relaxed and awake. No coughing.

2:30PM - We moved her to the bedroom for the 2nd resr break. Diaper was medium wet with very small BM. We cleaned and changed her, position to face the left side after.

3:30PM - 2nd rest break ended. Diaper was clean and dry, no discharges present. We dressed Maureen and transferred to the front room.

3:42PM - Fruit snack time (kiwi, pear and melon). Maureen had half a cup of lemon water.
