• 4:00pm Maureen is sitting comfortably on her recliner watching a game show.

• 4:10pm Administered 20ml expectorant with apple sauce.

• 4:35pm Blood pressure: 105/60.

  Pulse: 96

  O2: 92

• 4:40pm Albuterol Neb treatment.

• 4:45pm Diaper is light wet.

• 4:55pm Pot roast beef stew and 4oz of lemon water. Maureen coughed three times during meal. Suction pump used once.

• 5:50pm Administered 12.5ml Vimpat and 5mg Olanzapine with apple sauce.

  6:00pm Oral care.

• 6:20pm Transferred Maureen to the bedroom. Tom and I clean/change a heavy wet diaper with a small-formed BM, applied Cavilon barrier cream.  Wipe/clean hands and face, applied Cetaphil cream including lower extremities.

  Temp: 96.6

   Pulse: 80

   O2: 99

  Positioned on her left side, Maureen goes to sleep for the night.
