Friday, Nov. 14, 2025 - Daytime Update

8:00AM - Maureen's on her left side comfortably sleeping.

8:20AM - She slightly opened her eyes - looking sleepy although receptive to water via swab.

8:30AM - Went back to close her eyes and sleep.

9:00AM - Maureen's still sleeping.

9:30AM - Still sleeping.

9:40AM - Maureen woke up, still slightly sleepy. We placed her on her back. Waited until she's ready to take 75mcg of Levothyroxine with apple sauce.

BP: 100/58, P: 57bpm, O2: 96%

10:00AM - Neb treatment with albuterol.

10:15AM - Me and Dalia gave her a full body bed bath using warm water and cetaphil cleanser. Diaper was medium wet, we cleaned and changed. Applied sureprep barrier film on sacrum and midline remedy cream on inner thighs. We dressed Maureen and washed her hair after.

10:35AM - Maureen took 10oz lemon water. Administered 10mg of Loratadine with apple sauce.

Breakfast - waffle with butter and grape jelly, pear, 4oz coffee and 8oz prune juice. Coughed 3x, used suction machine once.

11:10AM - Oral care.

Facial and hand care routine after.

11:20AM - Out for a walk.

12:15PM - Arrived home from a good walk. 🌞

Maureen took 20ml of cough syrup with apple sauce.

12:25PM - Transferred to the bedroom for the 1st rest break. Diaper was clean and dry. We position to face her right side.

1:10PM - 1st rest break ended. Diaper was medium wet, we cleaned and changed Maureen and transferred to the front room.

Lunch - chicken salad, bean soup and 12oz root beer. Maureen coughed 4x.

1:45PM - Oral care.

2:30PM - Maureen had a 15min nap and moved her to the bedroom for the 2nd rest break. Diaper was medium wet with large formed BM. We cleaned and changed her. Placed on her left side.

3:35PM - 2nd rest break is over. Diaper was clean and dry, we dressed Maureen and moved to the front room.

3:45PM - Maureen took 3oz lemon water before fruit snack (apple and melon).
