• 4:00pm Maureen is sitting comfortably in her recliner watching a game show.

• 4:30pm Blood pressure: 110/70, P71.

• 4:45pm Diaper is light wet.

• 5:00pm Dinner: Beef brisket with Brussel sprouts, and baked apple, and 5oz ginger tea. Coughed and sneezed three times.

• 5:50pm Administered 12.5ml Vimpat and 5mg Olanzapine with apple sauce.

• 6:00pm Oral care.

• 6:20pm Transferred Maureen to the bedroom. Clean/change a medium wet diaper, applied Cavilon barrier cream. Noticed that left labia redness reapeared, applied calazinc. Wipe/clean hands and face, applied Cetaphil cream, including lower extremities.

  Pulse: 76

  O2: 97

• Positioned on her left side, Maureen goes to sleep for the night.
