Friday, May 31. Swing Shift Summary

• 5:00 pm- Maureen is comfortably resting in the recliner, watching TV.

• 5:05 pm- Dinner- Salmon, boiled potatoes, steamed Brussels sprouts, cup of water. Maureen coughed once during dinner.

• 5:55 pm- Administered 12.5 ml of Vimpat and 5 mg Olanzapine with apple sauce. Olanzapine

• 6:10 pm- Evening oral care.

• 6:25 pm- We transferred Maureen to the bedroom. Diaper was medium wet and she had a medium soft bowel movement. Tom and I cleaned and changed her. Applied Cavilon cream. Applied Cetaphil lotion to Maureen's face, hands, legs and feet. Positioned her on the left side.
