• 4:00pm Maureen is sitting comfortably in her recliner watching a game show.

• 4:30pm Blood pressure: 109/70, P674.

• 4:50pm Dinner: Pasta with meatball and cauliflower, and 4oz of lemon water. Coughed and sneezed 5 times.

• 5:50pm Administered 12.5ml Vimpat and 5mg Olanzapine with apple sauce.

• 6:00pm Oral care.

• 6:20pm Transferred Maureen to the bedroom. Tom and I clean/change a medium wet diaper, applied Cavilon barrier cream. Wipe/clean hands and face, applied Cetaphil cream, including lower extremities.

• Vitals:

  Temp: 98.3

  Pulse: 69

  O2: 97

• Positioned on her left side, Maureen goes to sleep for the night.
