Friday, May 16, 2025 Swing shift

• 4:00pm Maureen is sitting comfortably in her recliner, watching a game show.

• 4:30pm Blood pressure: 102/65, P64.

• 4:45pm Diaper is dry.

• 4:50pm Dinner: Salmon with potato, Brussel sprouts, baked apple, and 4oz lemon water. Coughed three times , sneezed twice.

• 5:50pm Administered 12.5ml Vimpat and 5mg Olanzapine with apple sauce.

• 6:00pm Oral care.

• 6:20pm Transferred Maureen to the bedroom. Tom and I clean/change a medium wet diaper, applied Cavilon barrier cream. Wipe/clean hands and face, applied Cetaphil cream, including lower extremities.

• Vitals:

  Temp: 97.8

  Pulse: 67

  O2: 98

• Positioned on her left side, Maureen goes to sleep for the night.
