Friday, May 12 Daytime update

• 6:30 am- Maureen is asleep. She is laying on her left side.

• 7:30 am- Maureen is still sleeping.

• 8:00 am- Maureen is in and out of sleep.

• 8:30 am - Maureen is waking up now.

• 9:00 am- We raised the bed and administered Levothyroxine with apple sauce.

• 9:15 am- We started the day. Maureen's diaper was dry. Brian and I washed Maureen's upper body. Dressed and transferred Maureen in the Geri chair. Headed to the dining area.

• 9:30 am- Breakfast- banana, smoothie, 6 oz of prune juice, cup of lemon water. Maureen coughed twice.

• 10:00 am- Administered Loratadin and Lisinopril with apple sauce. We reclined Maureen's chair down.

• 10:30 am- Maureen is snoozing in the chair.

• 11:00 am- Morning oral care.

• 11:05 am- Facial routine.

• 11:15 am- We transferred Maureen to bed for rest break # 1. Her diaper was medium wet. Brian and I cleaned and changed her. Applied Cavilon Barrier film and Cavilon cream. Positioned Maureen on her right side at 11:30 am.

• 12:30 pm- First rest break ends. Maureen's diaper was dry. We dressed and transferred her to the Geri chair. Headed to the dining area.

• 12:45 pm- Lunch - Ham and broccoli mac and cheese, steamed zucchini, cup of water. Maureen did not cough during lunch. She finished her cup of water.

• 1:30 pm- Oral care. We reclined Maureen's chair down.

• 2:15 pm- We transferred Maureen to bed for her second rest break. Diaper was medium wet and Maureen had a small soft bowel movement . Brian and I cleaned and changed her. Positioned Maureen on her left side at 2:30 pm.

• 3:30 pm- Second rest break ends. Maureen's diaper was medium wet. We cleaned and changed her. Dressed and transferred Maureen to the recliner.

• 3:45 pm- Fresh fruit- green apple and watermelon. Maureen coughed once.
