Friday March 8, 2024 Swing shift

• 4:00pm Maureen is sitting comfortably in the recliner watching games show.

• 4:45pm Checked diaper, it’s dry.

• 4:50pm Dinner: Fried cod with mashed sweet potatoes and half cup of lemon water. Coughed once.

• 5:30pm Blood pressure: 120/74, P: 77.

• 5:50pm Evening meds: 12.5ml Vimpat, 5mg Olanzapine with apple sauce.

• 6:00pm Oral care.

• 6:20pm Transferred Maureen to the bedroom where, we cleaned and changed a heavy wet diaper with an Extra large-formed (at the end it was soft) BM, applied Cavilon cream. Wiped clean hands and face, applied Cetaphil cream, including lower extremities. No redness observed.

• 6:55pm Positioned on her left side, Maureen goes to sleep for the night.

• Vitals: T: 96.3, P: 63, O2: 97.
