Friday March 13,2026 Daytime Update

9:30AM - Maureen's on her left side, already awake.Tom’s giving her sips of water via swab No signs of pain or any distress.

9:35AM- We placed Maureen in an upright position and administered 75mcg of Levothyroxine with purée pear and she drank 6oz of water. Cough once suction.

Giving her Neb treatment with albuterol.

10:00AM - Morning care, Shampoo and wash Maureen’s hair . We wipe her upper extremities with warm purple wipes, Diaper was dry with Medium VD cloudy odorless we Cleaned and changed her. Applied Sureprep barrier film on sacrum and Cavilon cream on her bottom and inner thighs. We dressed her and moved to the front room.

10:35- Administered 10mg of Loratadine with purée pear and 20ml cough syrup (Geri-Tussin) with purée pear,

Breakfast - waffle with butter and jelly, and kiwi , finished 8oz prune juice. Maureen ate well. Coughed2x suction.

11:20AM- Oral care.

11:25AM- Facial and hand care routine.

11:40AM- Maureen Just listening to music.

1:15PM - Maureen took 10oz of coconut water and had melon and grapes  for as fruit snack. Coughed once Suction.

2:15PM - We transferred Maureen to the bedroom for her rest break. Diaper was XL- heavy wet with odor and has small VD cloudy odorless. We position her to face the right side.

3:15PM- Rest break ended already. Diaper was medium wet with small formed BM. We cleaned and changed her. We dressed Maureen and moved to the front room.

3:30PM - Maureen had 10oz of lemon water.

4pm- Neb treatment with albuterol
