Friday March 1, 2024 Swing shift

• 4:00pm Maureen sits comfortably in the recliner watching games show.

• 4:40pm Blood pressure: 112/69, P 70.

• 4:45pm Checked diaper, it was light wet.

• 5:00pm Dinner: Tuna casserole and a cup of lemon water. Coughed once, suction pump used.

• 5:50pm Evening meds: 12.5ml Vimpat, 5mg Olanzapine with apple sauce.

• 6:00pm Oral care.

• 6:20pm Transferred Maureen to the bedroom where, we cleaned/changed a heavy wet diaper and applied Cavilon cream, wiped clean hands and face then applied Cetaphil cream, including lower extremities. No redness observed.

• 6:50pm Positioned on her left side, Maureen goes to sleep for the night.

• Vitals: Temp: 96.9, Pulse: 68, O2: 99.
