Friday, June 7, 2024 - Swing Shift

4:00PM - Maureen is sitting comfortably on her recliner while watching her fave game show.

4:50PM - Maureen's diaper is dry.

5:00PM - Dinner was beef pot roast. Maureen ate well. Finished a cup of lemon water. Coughed once and sneezed once.

5:45PM - Administered 5mg of Olanzapine with apple sauce and 12.5ml Vimpat.

**Maureen coughed once after and had 1/4 cup of lemon water.

6:10PM - Oral care.

6:35PM - We moved Maureen to the bedroom. Diaper was heavy wet, we cleaned/dried and changed Maureen. Applied Cavilon cream on folds. Applied Cetaphil lotion on face, arms and legs. We position to face her left side with 2 wedges on the back, and pillow in between legs.

6:50PM - Maureen is sleeping.
