• 4:00pm Maureen is sitting comfortably in her recliner finishing her fruit snack while watching a game show.

• 4:30pm Blood pressure: 107/63, P78.

• 4:55pm Dinner: Pasta with red sauce and 8oz lemon water.. Maureen coughed twice during meal.

• 5:50pm Administered 12.5ml Vimpat and 5mg Olanzapine with apple sauce.

  6:00pm Oral care.

  6:20pm Transferred Maureen to the bedroom. Tom and I clean/change a medium wet diaper with a very small-yellowish vaginal discharge, applied Cavilon barrier cream. Wipe/clean hands and face, applied Cetaphil cream, including lower extremities.

  Pulse: 77

  O2: 98

  Positioned on her left side, Maureen goes to sleep for the night.
