Friday, June 6, 2025 - Daytime Update

8:00AM - Maureen's sleeping comfortably while lying on her left side.

8:20AM - Maureen opened her eyes for a little bit, no signs of distress however, went back to sleep 5mins after.

9:00AM - She's still sleeping.

9:25AM - Maureen woke up, looking more awake and ready to start her day. We placed her in an upright position and administered 75mcg of Levothyroxine with apple sauce.

BP: 103/66, P: 58bpm

9:35AM - Me and Dalia gave Maureen a full body bed bath using warm water and Cetaphil cleanser - skin is clear, no redness. Diaper was dry with small, yellowish spot. We cleaned and changed her. Applied Cavilon barrier film on sacrum and cream on inner thighs. We got her dressed and washed her hair after.

10:10AM - We transferred to the front room. Maureen took 10oz of lemon water and administered 10mg of Loratadine with apple sauce.

Breakfast - pancake with syrup and pear. Maureen finished 5oz lemon water. Coughed 2x and sneezed once.

10:40AM - Oral care.

Neb treatment with saline sol'n followed.

11:00AM - Facial and hand care routine.

11:30AM - Maureen was sitting comfortably on the recliner - not sleepy at all.

12:00PM - We transferred to the bedroom for her 1st rest break. Diaper was medium wet, we cleaned and changed her. Positioned to face the right side.

12:45PM - Shortened the 1st rest break. Diaper was clean and and dry. We got her dressed and moved to the front room.

12:55PM - Lunch - chicken salad, chips and fresh tomato. Maureen finished 12oz of rootbeer and had a cookie with a scoop of vanilla ice cream for dessert. Coughed 2x.

1:40PM - Oral care.

**Dalia said that she sounds better today, less coughing and phlegmy than yesterday.

2:30PM - It is time for Maureen's 2nd rest break. Diaper was heavy wet, we cleaned and inserted suppository to aid with BM. Changed her and position to face her left side.

3:35PM - 2nd rest break ended. Diaper was medium wet with extra large, formed BM and small, cloudy v. discharge. We cleaned and changed her. Dressed Maureen and transferred to the front room.

3:50PM - Fruit snack (banana, apple and melon). Maureen took 2oz lemon water before her fruit snack.
