4:00 watching 25 Words or Less, drinking some apple juice, staying hydrated.

4:35 saline nebulizer treatment #2, for the day.

5:00 dinner time, I warmed up some chicken noodle and veggie casserole from Carolyn and Maureen ate it very enthusiastically, maureen had another 10 ounces of water mixed with apple juice with dinner, coughed twice.

6:00 12.5ml of VIMPAT and 5mg of OLANZAPINE were administered with applesauce.

6:15 clean up and oral care are performed, then Kathy and I transfer Maureen to the bedroom.

6:25 Now lying on the bed, Kathy and I perform a clean and change of a heavy wet diaper, apply Cavilon barrier cream and put on the fresh diaper and new T-shirt for the night. I applied Cetaphil lotion to her face, arms, hands, legs, and feet … then we propped her up on her left side with the two green wedge pillows, and she was just about asleep, immediately.

Soon after I let Kathy out, I returned to the room and took evening vitals, they are as following …
