Friday, June 27, 2025 - Daytime Update

8:00AM - Maureen was still sleeping, she's lying on her left.


8:30AM - Maureen woke up, no signs of any pain or distress.


8:45AM - Placed her in an upright position and administered 75mcg of Levothyroxine with apple sauce.


BP: 98/60, P: 62, O2: 95%


9:15AM - We gave Maureen a full body bath using warm water and Cetaphil cleanser - no redness on skin. Diaper was dry, no discharges. Sacrum is clear. Applied Cavilon barrier film and Calazinc cream on sacrum. Applied Cavilon cream on inner thighs. Finished dressing and proceed to wash her hair.


9:40AM - Maureen had 3oz of lemon water before breakfast. She had french toast with syrup and banana. She finished 8oz of lemon water. Coughed 3x and had multiple sneezes.


10:20AM - Administered 10mg of Loratadine with apple sauce.


10:30AM - Oral care.


Neb treatment with saline.


10:50AM - Facial and hand care routine.


11:40AM - Maureen had a 30min nap. It's also time for her 1st rest break. We transferred her to the bedroom. Diaper was clean and dry, we position to face her right side.


12:35PM - 1st rest break ended. Diaper was still clean and dry. We proceed to dressed Maureen and moved to the front room.


12:50PM - Lunch - shrimp salad, fresh avocado, 10oz rootbeer. Maureen coughed 2x.


1:35PM - Oral care.


2:15PM - Maureen had 4oz sparkling water.


2:30PM - We transferred Maureen to the bedroom for her 2nd rest break. Diaper was heavy wet, we cleaned and changed her. Position to face the left side.


3:35PM - 2nd rest break ended. Diaper was clean and dry. We dressed Maureen and transferred to the front room.


3:45PM - Fruit snack time (banana, apple, melon). Maureen had 6oz of lemon water. Coughed once.

**Total liquid intake - 31 oz
