4:00PM - Maureen comfortably sitting on the recliner watching TV.

5:25PM - Maureen enjoyed her dinner - grilled salmon, brussel sprouts and potatoes, and a cup of lemon water which she finished. *No coughs.

6:08PM - Administered 5mg Olanzapine with yogurt and 12.5ml Vimpat.

6:40PM - Oral care.

7:00PM - Transferred Maureen to the bedroom. Night care. Diaper was medium wet. Sacral skin looked a lot better, skin is dry and intact. Cleaned and changed. Applied Cavilon cream. Vicks on chest and applied Cetaphil lotion on lower extremities. Positioned Maureen facing her left side with 2 wedges on the back and pillow in between legs.

7:15PM - Maureen already sleeping.
