Friday June 20,2025 Swingshift summary

4:00 we’re saying goodbye to Merianne and watching some game shows, having a drink of sparkling water, every so often.

4:30 time for Maureen to have her second saline nebulizer treatment today …

5:00 dinner time, it consists of Sesame Chicken with carrots and noodles, another 10 ounces of sparkling water was finished throughout the late afternoon.

Kathy came over to assist with transfer/bedtime change.

6:00 12.5ml of VIMPAT and 5mg of OLANZAPINE were administered with some applesauce.

6:10 cleanup and oral care, followed by us transferring to the bedroom. We cleaned and changed a heavy wet diaper, applied Cavilon lotion to appropriate areas, some CALAZINC to her sacrum, and a fresh T-shirt for the night.

Now lying on her left side, vitals were taken and they were as follows …

Oxygen - 96

Maureen fell asleep, almost immediately.
