Friday June 13,2025 Swingshift summary

4:00 Maureen has finished her fruit snack and just relaxing watching some game shows having some lemon water every now and then.

5:00 Kathy arrives to assist with bedtime activities. I stepped into the kitchen and prepared a plate of salmon and mixed veggies.

Another 10 ounces of lemon water was drank with dinner.

6:00 time for medication, 12.5 ML of Vimpat and 5 mg of Olanzapine were administered with some applesauce.

6:10 clean up and oral care were done and then we transferred to the bedroom where we changed a heavy wet diaper cleaned well and applied Cavilon lotion to her backside and the front folds.

6:45 after applying Cetaphil lotion to Maureen’s face, arms, hands, legs and feet, we rolled her onto her left side, set the wedge pillows and cover her up for the evening.
