Friday, July 7 Daytime update

• 6:30 am- Maureen is sleeping. She is laying on her left side.

• 7:00 am- Maureen is still asleep.

• 7:30 am- Maureen is opening her eyes from time to time, but goes back to sleep.

• 8:00 am- Maureen is waking up now.

• 8:30 am- Maureen is fully awake. We raised the bed and administered Levothyroxine with apple sauce.

• 8:40 am- We started the day . Maureen's diaper was medium wet. Dalia and I cleaned and changed her. There was vaginal discharge. We applied Cavilon Barrier film and Cavilon cream. We washed Maureen's upper body. Dressed and headed to the kitchen.

• 9:00 am- Breakfast- Smoothie, 6 oz of prune juice with 1/4 cup of Miralax, cup of lemon water. Maureen coughed three times and sneezed once.

• Daily Miralax dosage- 1/4 cup.

• 9:20 am- Administered Loratadin and Lisinopril.

• 9:30 am- Morning oral care. We reclined the chair down one level for Maureen's comfort.

• 10:00 am- Maureen is relaxing in the chair. She is closing her eyes sometimes.

• 10:30 am - Maureen is snoozing in the chair. She is very quiet and have a tired look on her face.

• 11:15 am- We transferred Maureen to bed. Her diaper was dry, but we cleaned and changed because of the little vaginal discharge we saw. Positioned Maureen on her right side at 11:30 am.

• 12:30 pm- First rest break ends. Maureen's diaper was medium wet and she had a small formed bowel movement. Dalia and I cleaned and changed her. There was very little vaginal discharge. We dressed and proceeded with washing Maureen's hair with 2% Ketoconazole shampoo. Heading to the kitchen after.

• 1:00 pm- Lunch- vegetable soup, shrimp salad, fresh avocado, cup of lemon water, half of Chobani yogurt.

• 1:35 pm- Oral care. We reclined Maureen's chair after.

• 2:15 pm- We transferred Maureen to bed. Her diaper was dry, there was no vaginal discharge. We positioned Maureen on her left side at 2:30 pm.

• 3:30 pm- Second rest break ends. Maureen's diaper was medium wet. Dalia and I cleaned and changed her. Dressed and headed to the living room.

• 3:45 pm- Fresh fruit snack- crenshaw watermelon!
