Friday, July 4, 2025 Swing shift

• 4:00pm Maureen is sitting comfortably in her recliner, finishing her fruit snack while watching a game show.

• 4:30pm Blood pressure: 102/61, P57.

  O2: 96.

• 4:50pm Saline Neb treatment.

• 5:00pm Diaper is light wet.

• 5:05pm Dinner: Cheese burger with potato salad and pickle, and 8oz of root beer. Maureen coughed 5 times and had four sneezes during meal.

• 6:00pm Administered 12.5ml Vimpat and 5mg Olanzapine with apple sauce.

  6:10pm Oral care.

  6:20pm Transferred Maureen to the bedroom. Tom and I clean/change a heavy wet diaper, applied Cavilon barrier cream. Wipe/clean hands and face, applied Cetaphil cream, including lower extremities.

  Pulse: 76

  O2: 97

  Positioned on her left side, Maureen goes to sleep for the night.
