• 4:00pm Maureen is sitting comfortably in her recliner finishing her fruit snack while watching a game show.

• 4:30pm Blood pressure: 112/60, P: 67,

  O2: 96.

• 4:40pm Saline Neb treatment.

• 4:45pm Diaper is light wet.

• 4:50pm Dinner: Chicken parmigiana with 4oz lemon water. She coughed four times, suction pump used.

• 5:50pm Administered 12.5ml Vimpat and 5mg Olanzapine with apple sauce.

• 6:00pm Oral care.

• 6:20pm Transferred Maureen to the bedroom. Tom and I clean/change a heavy wet diaper with a small-formed BM, applied Cavilon barrier cream. Wipe/clean hands and face, applied Cetaphil cream, including lower extremities.

• Vitals:

         Temp: 97.9

         Pulse: 77

        O2: 99

• Positioned on her left side, Maureen goes to sleep for the night.
