• 4:00pm Maureen is sitting comfortably in her recliner watching a game show.

• 4:30pm Blood pressure: 109/69, P: 71,

  O2: 96

• 4:45pm Saline Neb treatment.

• 4:50pm Diaper is dry.

• 5:00pm Dinner: Pasta with chicken, peas, tomato and spinach with 6oz lemon water (by tablespoon). Maureen coughed three times, sneezed twice during meal.

• 5:55pm Administered 12.5ml Vimpat and 5mg Olanzapine with apple sauce.

• 6:10pm Oral care.

• 6:20pm Transferred Maureen to the bedroom. Wipe/clean hands and face, applied Cetaphil cream, including lower extremities. Diaper is dry, positioned on her left side.

• Vitals:

         Temp: 98.2

         Pulse: 72

        O2: 98

• Positioned on her left side, Maureen goes to sleep for the night.
