Friday, January 9, 2024: Swingshift summary

4:00 PM. Arrived. Maureen is sitting comfortably on her recliner. **gave her sips of water

4:30 PM. Diaper was light wet

4:40 PM. BP was 108/65

4:50 PM. Dinner was cod with honey mustard sauce, potato with tzatziki and asparagus. Maureen ate good and finished her food.

5:00 PM. Tom's sister, Sheryl came.

5:40 PM. Administered 5mg of Olanzapine and 12.5ml of Vimpat with apple sauce.

5:55 PM. Oral and denture care done.

6:10PM. Transferred Maureen back to bedroom. Diaper was medium wet. She also peed while we were changing her. She also had medium formed bowel movement. Cleaned, dried and changed. Applied Cavilon cream on her perineal area and Cetaphil lotion on her arms and legs. Positioned her facing left side.
