Friday January 20, 2023 Daytime update

• 6:30am Maureen was awake when Maya clocked in. She’s lying on her Lt side.

• 7:00am Maureen is still awake and receptive to zips o water vis swap.

• 7:30am Clothing her eyes going back to sleep.

• 8:00am Maureen’s in and out of sleep.

• 8:30am Maureen opened her eyes for a few minutes then weNY back to sleep. She’s relaxed and congestion is not severe. Pulse: 62, O2: 94.

• 9:15am Maureen’s fully awake and ready to start the day. Maya and I cleaned and changed md wet diaper with 3m products, applied barrier film and cream. We washed Maureen’s upper body using warmed purple wipes and vesta. No redness area observed except for a veRt small spot bellow her Rt breast, nystatin applied. Dressed and headed to the kitchen.

• 9:30am Levothyroxine administered. Breakfast: oatmeal, banana, prune juice w/ 1/2 cap miralax, lemon water ( drank 1/2 cup). Coughed 3 times, sneezed twice .

• 9:55am Lisinopril, loratadine , and 20ml guaifenesin administered.

• 10:00am Oral care and facial routine.

• 10:10am Reclined Maureen’s chair one notch. She’s now snoozing.

• Daily miralax dosage 1/2 cap.

• 10:50am Half smoothie, Maureen enjoyed! Coughed twice.

• 11:10 We moved Maureen to the bedroom. Diaper was light wet, chan and cleaned with 3m products. Lying on her Rt side, break #1 starts at 11:20am.

• 12:20pm First break ends. Diaper was dry, dressed and headed Maureen to the kitchen.

• 12:30pm Lunch: Cauliflower soup, tuna salad, Brussels sprouts, coconut water, 1/2 cup of lemon water. Coughed once.

• 1:00pm Oral car. Reclined Geri chair one notch. Maureen is relax while listening to Marcelitto; gave us a wide smile!

• 1:20pm Saline Neb therapy performed.

• 1:35pm Snoozing on the chair. Coughed out a phlegm that we were able to grab during her snoozing time.

• 1:50pm Gualfenesin administered.

• 2:00pm We transferred Maureen to the bedroom. Diaper was md wet and there was a soft Lg bowel movement. Changed and cleaned using 3m products and aloe vesta, re-applied barrier cream and positioned her on her Lt side. Break #2 starts at 2:15pm.

• 3:15pm Second break is over. Diaper was dry, dressed and headed to the living room.

• 3:30pm Maureen’s having her fruit snack with enthusiasm. Coughed 3 times.

Daytime summary

Maureen started the day rested and with good energy that she keep even after meals. Congestion is low, coughEd few times only and she’s getting rid of phlegm. No episide to report today🙏.
