Friday, Jan. 10, 2025 - Daytime Update

8:00AM - Maureen is already awake, lying on her left side. Tom is giving her water via swab.

8:35AM - We placed Maureen in an upright position and administered 75mcg of Levothyroxine with apple sauce.

8:45AM - BP: 102/64, P: 73bpm

8:55AM - Me and Dalia gave Maureen a full body bed bath using warm water with Cetaphil cleanser. She tolerated the bath well, no signs of pain or distress. No redness/rashes on skin. Diaper was lightly wet. We cleaned and changed. Applied Cavilon barrier film on sacrum and Cavilon cream on inner thighs. We dressed her and proceed to wash her hair.

9:15AM - We transferred Maureen to the kitchen to blow-dry and styled the hair.

9:25AM - Breakfast - 8oz prune juice with 1 cap Miralax, pancake with blueberry jam, and Activia yogurt. Maureen coughed 2x.

Administered 10mg of Loratadine with yogurt.

MiraLAX dose today - 1 cap

10:05AM - Oral care. **Reclined geri chair one notch for comfort.

10:30AM - Maureen was sitting comfortably on the chair. Looking relaxed while listening to the music. Looking sleepy but stayed awake.

**She had 1/4 cup of water.

11:30AM - We moved Maureen to the bedroom for her 1st rest break. Diaper was clean and dry. We position to face her right side.

12:35PM - 2nd rest break ended. Diaper was still clean and dry. We dressed Maureen and transferred to the kitchen.

12:45PM - Lunch was vegetable soup, potato chips and a cup of coconut water. Coughed once.

**Reclined geri chair prior to eating lunch for comfort.

1:35PM - Oral care.

2:20PM - Maureen had half a cup of water.

2:30PM - We moved Maureen to the bedroom for her 2nd rest break. Diaper was medium wet, we cleaned and changed her. Position to face the left side.

3:30PM - 2nd rest break ended. Diaper was clean and dry. We got Maureen dressed and moved to the front room.

3:40PM - Maureen had half a cup of water and her fruit snack (kiwi, pear and melon) while watching a game show.
