Friday, February 28 Swing shift update

• 5:00 pm- Maureen is comfortably sitting in the recliner, watching TV. Her diaper is dry.

• 5:05 pm- Dinner- baked salmon, steamed Brussels sprouts. Maureen coughed once.

• Maureen had about 2 oz of water after dinner.

• 5:55 pm- Administered 12.5 ml of Vimpat and 5 mg of Olanzapine with apple sauce.

• 6:10 pm- Evening oral care.

• 6:25 pm- We transferred Maureen to the bedroom for the night . Diaper was heavy wet. Tom and I cleaned and changed her. Applied Cavilon cream. Cleaned her face and applied Cetaphil lotion to her face, hands, legs and feet. Positioned Maureen on her left side.
