Friday February 16, 2024 Swing shift

• 4:00pm Maureen is sitting comfortably on the recliner watching the game shows.

• 4:40pm Blood pressure: 107/68, P 79.

• 4:45pm Upon checking, diaper was dry.

• 4:45pm Dinner: Baked salmon with potatoes and steamed Brussels sprouts, and half cup of lemon water. Maureen coughed once during meal.

• 5:45pm Evening meds: 12.5ml Vimpat, 5mg Olanzapine w/apple sauce.

• 5:55pm Oral care.

• 6:15pm Transferred Maureen to the bedroom where we cleaned and changed a slightly wet diaper, applied Cavilon cream. Wiped cleaned hands and face, applied Cetaphil cream including lower extremities. Cleaned redness spot by left under arm, applied nystatin powder.

• 6:35pm Positioned on her left side, Maureen goes to sleep for the night.

• Vitals: T: 96.6, O2: 95, P: 64.
