Friday Feb. 20th Daytime Summary

-9:30am Maureen is sleeping

-9:50am Maureen is awake, sat her in a upright position & gave her 75mcg of Levothyroxine w/applesauce & 4oz of lemon water.

-10:15am Morning Care changed Maureen she was dry w/ 3 spots of a bloody discharge, applied sureprep and cavilon to appropriate areas. As closing diaper up noticed more bloody discharge, cleaned her again & closed her up. Washed her upper extremities w/warm purple wipes and dressed her for the day. Washed her hair and styled it.

-10:50am transferred Maureen into the living room & Tom gave her 40ml of cough syrup w/applesauce.

-11:05am breakfast waffle w/jelly, Maureen finished 6oz of orange juice w/Miralax.

-11:40am gave Maureen 10mg of Loratadine w/applesauce.

-11:50am Oralcare & facial and hand cream applied.

-12:00pm watching Olympics & resting.

-1:15pm afternoon snack diced avocado & pears in bullet. Maureen drank 10oz.of sparkling water.

-2:15pm transferred Maureen into bedroom for rest break. Changed her diaper it was dry w/colored discharge. Positioned her on her right side.

-3:15pm got Maureen up to start her afternoon, changed her diaper it was light wet w/discharge w/odor. Got her dressed to start her afternoon.

-3:25pm transferred Maureen into the living room. Watching Olympics and game shows. Maureen drank 10oz.of hydration water.

-4:30pm dinner cod filet w/pickle & she drank 10oz of lemon water.

-5:15pm gave Maureen 5mg of OlanZapine w/applesauce & 10mg/ml of Lacosamide w/applesauce.

-5:30pm Oralcare

-5:55pm transferred Maureen into the bedroom for bedtime, changed her diaper medium wet applied cavilon to appropriate areas. Washed her face and hands & applied lotion to her legs, feet, hands and face. Dressed her for the night. Positioned her on her left side.
