Friday, Feb. 14, 2025 - Daytime Update

8:00AM - Maureen's still sleeping, lying on her left side.

8:45AM - Maureen woke up slightly jumpy that lasted only for 3mins. No wide eyes or clenched jaw or fists.

Gave her sips of water after via swab which she took well.

8:55AM - We placed her in an upright position and administered 75mcg of Levothyroxine with apple sauce.

BP: 100/58, 64 bpm

9:05AM - Me and Dalia gave her a full body bed bath with warm water and Cetaphil cleanser. We noticed 3 red marks on her left upper arm (picture below). Diaper was dry with very small, yellowish vaginal discharge. We cleaned and changed, applied Cavilon barrier film on sacrum and cream on inner thighs. Proceed to get Maureen dressed and washed her hair.

9:35AM - We moved Maureen to the kitchen for a quick blow-dry and to style hair.

Gave her 8oz prune juice with Miralax and administered 10mg of Loratadine with apple sauce.

9:50AM - Breakfast - chocolate chip pancake, orange and 1/4 cup of coffee. Maureen ate well. No coughs.

**Reclined geri chair one notch for comfort.

Oral care.

Facial and hand care routine.

11:00AM - Maureen was looking tired however, she did not close her eyes for a nap.

11:30AM - Maureen had half a cup of lemon water.

We transferred Maureen to the bedroom for her 1st rest break. Diaper was medium wet with medium, mixed of clear and bloody mucus-like vaginal discharge. We cleaned and changed her, position to face the right side.

12:30PM - 1st rest break ended. Diaper was clean and dry. We dressed Maureen and transferred to the kitchen.

**Carolyn arrived.

12:40PM - Lunch - shrimp salad, fresh tomato and sweet soup. Maureen had chocolate pixie and rice pudding for dessert which she enjoyed. She finished a 10 oz of sparkling water. Coughed once.

**Geri chair reclined one notch for comfort.

1:30PM - Oral care.

2:00PM - Maureen's looking more awake than earlier. She had 3/4 cup of lemon water.

2:30PM - It is time for Maureen's 2nd rest break. Diaper was medium wet with very small soft BM and small, yellowish vaginal discharge. We cleaned and changed her then, position to face her left side.

3:35PM - 2nd rest break ended. Diaper was clean and dry. We dressed Maureen and transferred to the kitchen.

3:50PM - Fruit snack (kiwi, pear and melon). Maureen refused water prior to the fruit snack.

**Maureen approximately had 30oz of liquid.
