Friday Feb.13th Daytime Summary

-9:30am Maureen is awake. Put her in a upright position to give her 75mcg of Levothyroxine w/applesauce. Drank 6oz of prune juice. Maureen gave a few good coughs & Tom suctioned her.

-9:50am Morning Care changed her, she was medium wet. Applied sureprep and cavilon to appropriate areas, washed her upper extremities w/warm purple wipes. Dressed her to start her day.

-10:05am we washed Maureen's hair & styled it.

-10:25 am transferred Maureen into the living room, put in her teeth & gave her 10mg of Loratadine w/applesauce.

-10:35am making breakfast, a waffle w/jelly & diced pears. Got through the waffle, Maureen is very sleepy letting her rest before going back to the pears.

-11:10am Maureen is napping.

-12:15pm Maureen is awake & gave her, her diced pears. Did Oralcare & applied facial and hand cream.

-1:15pm fruit snack diced watermelon, she didn't really eat it. Not herself today, seems very sleepy. Trying too to get her to drink, most of it is coming back out. Approx.4oz of hydration water.

-2:00pm transferred Maureen into the bedroom for afternoon break, she was dry. Positioned on her right side.

-2:45pm we start Maureen's afternoon, diaper was dry.

-3:00pm Maureen finished her diced watermelon & a jello cup per; Tom. Working on fluids, she had 10oz.of sparkling water.

-4:30pm dinner meatloaf & veggies. She drank 10oz. of sparkling water.

-5:10pm Gave Maureen 5mg of OlanZapinew/applesauce & 10mg/ml of Lacosamide w/applesauce. She drank 5oz. of sparkling water.

-5:25pm took out her teeth & did Oralcare.

-5:45pm transferred Maureen into the bedroom for the evening. Changed her diaper it was heavy wet, applied cavilon to appropriate areas. Washed her face and hand & applied cream to face, hands, legs & feet. Dressed her for the night. Positioned her on her left side.
