Friday, Jan. 9, 2026 - Daytime Update

9:30AM - Maureen's on her left side, awake. Looking comfortable and well rested. She already had sips of water via swab.

9:45AM - We placed Maureen in an upright position, administered 75mcg of Levothyroxine with apple sauce.

BP: 102/59, P: 64, O2: 95%

9:55AM - Me and Tom gave Maureen a full body bed bath - no redness on skin. We used warm water and Cetaphil cleanser. Diaper had very large, cloudy and brownish thick v. discharge (reached the back area on the diaper). Perineal area does not appear red or inflamed. We cleaned and changed her. Applied Sureprep barrier film on sacrum and Cavilon cream on inner thighs. We finished dressing and proceed to wash Maureen's hair.

10:25AM - Maureen had 10oz lemon water before breakfast. Administered 10mg of Loratadine with apple sauce.

Breakfast - Waffle with butter and grape jelly, banana, 3oz coffee, and finished 7 oz apple juice. Coughed 3x.

11:15AM - Oral care.

Facial and hand care routine followed.

12:00PM - Maureen closed her eyes for a nap - leaning back on the recliner.

**She had atleast 20-25min nap.

12:45PM - Lunch - chicken parmesan with pasta, split pea soup and 10oz water with electrolytes. Coughed 3x and sneezed 2x.

1:30PM - Oral care.

2:00PM - We transferred Maureen to the bedroom for her rest break. Diaper was medium wet with medium, brownish v. discharge. We cleaned and changed her. Position to face the right side.

3:10PM - Rest break ended. Diaper was medium wet, no v. discharges. We cleaned and changed Maureen. We dressed her and transferred to the front room.

3:25PM - Fruit snack (pear and melon) and 12 oz sparkling water.

4:40PM - Beef pot roast and 10oz coconut water. Coughed 2x.

5:45PM - Administered 5mg of Olanzapine with apple sauce and 12.5ml Vimpat.

6:05PM - Oral care.

6:15PM - We transferred Maureen to the bedroom. Diaper was medium wet with small, clear v. discharge. We cleaned and changed her. Applied Cavilon cream on inner thighs. Applied Cetaphil lotion on face, arms and legs. Position to face the right side with pillow in between legs and 2 wedges on the back.

6:30PM - Maureen's sleeping.
