Friday Dec. 31, 2021 Swingshift summary

4:00, we are sitting in the front room watching tv and relaxing.

5:30, Brian and I used the Hoyer lift to transfer Maureen to the transport chair and then to bed for a change before dinner. She was just medium wet but we decided to change anyway, we cleaned well and put a fresh diaper on, finished dressing and transferred to the Geri chair and then went to the kitchen.

6:00, I prepared a dinner consisting of ham, cheesy potatoes and broccoli, care of Carolyn, via The Honeybaked Ham Company. Of course, a full cup of water accompanied the meal.

6:50, 5mg OLANZAPINE with yogurt and 7.5ml VIMPAT were administered, followed by oral care, cleanup and changing of the t-shirt for bed.

7:30, we transferred to bed, cleaned and changed another medium wet diaper, after using the CAVILON products for skin protection.

TOLCYLEN was applied to both big toes and laying on her left side, she was asleep by 8:00
