• 4:00pm Maureen’s sitting comfortably in her recliner watching a game show.

• 4:30pm Blood pressure: 104/62, P 71.

• 4:45pm Diaper is dry.

• 4:50pm Dinner: Beef tenderloin with gravy, scalloped potatoes, carrot, spinach, and 3/4 cup of water. Coughed twice.

• 5:50 pm Administered 12.5ml Vimpat and 5mg Olanzapine with apple sauce.

• 6:00pm Oral care.

• 6:20pm Transferred Maureen to the bedroom. Clean/change a light wet diaper, applied Cavilon barrier cream. Wiped/clean hands and face, applied Cetaphil cream, including lower extremities.

• Positioned on her left side, Maureen goes to sleep for the night.

• Vitals:
