Friday, Dec. 26, 2025 - Daytime Update

8:00AM - Maureen's on her left side, sleeping. No signs of any distress

8:30AM - Maureen woke up coughing (wet), used suction machine. Gave her sips of water after she settled down.

9:15AM - Maureen closed her eyes - back to sleep.

9:40AM - Maureen opened her eyes, looking more awake than earlier and is now ready to start her day. Gave her sips of water and then, administered 75mcg of Levothyroxine with apple sauce.

BP: 106/65, P: 60bpm, O2: 93%

10:00AM - Me and Dalia gave Maureen a full body bed bath - no redness on skin. Diaper was dry with very small, yellowish discharge. We washed her using warm water and Cetaphil cleanser. Applied Sureprep barrier film on sacrum and Cavilon cream on inner thighs. We finished dressing and transferred to the front room.

10:20AM - Maureen took 10oz lemon water. Administered 10mg of Loratadine with apple sauce.

Breakfast - waffle with butter and grape jelly, pear and 8oz coffee. Coughed multiple times. Maureen sounds phlegmy.

11:10AM - Oral care.

11:15AM - Neb treatment with albuterol.

11:30AM - Facial and hand care routine.

12:20PM - We transferred Maureen to the bedroom for her 1st rest break. Diaper was heavy wet, we cleaned and changed her. Position to face the right side.

1:00PM - 1st rest break ended. Diaper was

clean and dry, we got Maureen dressed and moved to the front room.

1:10PM - Lunch - chicken/rice soup, mashed avocado, 12 oz rootbeer and cookie for dessert. Maureen coughed 4x.

2:15PM - Oral care.

2:30PM - Maureen was relaxed while leaning on her back.

2:50PM - We transferred Maureen to the bedroom for her 2nd rest break. Diaper was clean and dry. We placed to face her right side.

3:30PM - 2nd rest break is over. Diaper was still clean and dry. We dressed Maureen and moved to the front room.

3:40PM - Fruit snack (pear and melon). Maureen also had 8oz of water with electrolytes. Coughed 2x (dry).
