• 4:00pm Maureen’s sitting comfortably in her recliner watching a game show.

• 4:30pm Blood pressure: 105/65, P 75.

• 4:45pm Diaper is dry.

• 4:50pm Dinner: Pasta with chicken and broccoli, and half cup of water. Coughed once.

• 5:30pm Administer 800mg Acyclovir with apple sauce.

• 6:00pm Administered 12.5ml Vimpat and 5mg Olanzapine with apple sauce.

• 6:10pm Oral care.

• 6:20pm Transferred Maureen to the bedroom. Clean/change a dry diaper, applied Cavilon barrier cream. Wipe/clean hands and face, applied Cetaphil cream, including lower extremities.

• Uncovered Maureen’s calf, redness spots appeared slightly fading.

• 6:50pm Positioned on her left side, Maureen goes to sleep for the night.

• Vitals:

  Temp: 96.9, Pulse: 73, O2: 96.
