• 4:00pm Maureen is sitting comfortably in her recliner watching a game show.

• 4:30pm Blood pressure: 117/63.

  Pulse: 67

  O2: 94

• 4:45pm Diaper is light wet.

• 5:00pm Dinner: Sloppy Joe with potato salad and 5oz of lemon water. Maureen coughed five times and sneezed once during meal, suction pump used twice.

• 6:00pm Administered 12.5ml Vimpat and 5mg Olanzapine with apple sauce.

  6:10pm Oral care.

• 6:20pm Transferred Maureen to the bedroom. Tom and I clean/change a heavy wet diaper, applied Cavilon barrier cream.  Wipe/clean hands and face, applied Cetaphil cream including lower extremities.

  Temp: 96.4

   Pulse: 69

   O2: 98

  Positioned on her left side, Maureen goes to sleep for the night.
