Friday, Dec. 12, 2025 - Daytime Update

8:00AM - Maureen's on her left side soundly sleeping.

8:18AM - Maureen opened her eyes, no signs of any distress. Gave her sips of water via swab.

8:45AM - Maureen looking sleepy, eyes half way close.

9:15AM - We placed her in an upright position and administered 75mcg of Levothyroxine with apple sauce.

BP: 97/60, P: 58 bpm, O2: 93%

9:38AM - Neb treatment with saline.

9:55AM - Me and Dalia gave Maureen a full body bed bath using warm water and Cetaphil cleaner - no redness on skin. Diaper was medium wet, we cleaned and changed her. Applied Sureprep barrier film on sacrum and Cavilon cream on inner thighs. We finished dressing and moved to the front room.

10:15AM - Maureen had 10oz of lemon water. Administered 10mg of Loratadine with apple sauce.

Breakfast - Waffle with butter/syrup, grape jelly, pear, 4 oz coffee and 8oz prune juice. Maureen coughed 3-4x. Suctioned once.

11:05AM - Oral care.

Facial and hand care routine.

11:30AM - Maureen looked relax while sitting on the recliner.

12:00PM - We transferred her to the bedroom for the 1st rest break. Diaper was clean and dry, we position to face her right side.

12:35PM - 1st rest break has ended. Diaper was medium wet, we cleaned and changed her. Dressed Maureen and moved to the front room.

12:45PM - Lunch - chicken salad, tomato, veggie soup and 10 oz sparkling water. Coughed 4x (dry).

1:30PM - Oral care.

2:00PM - Maureen looking sleepy, just watching TV. Energy lower than this morning.

2:45PM - We transferred her to the bedroom for her 2nd rest break. Diaper was medium wet, we cleaned, inserted suppository and changed her. Position to face the left side.

3:25PM - 2nd rest break is over. Diaper was dry with XL formed BM. We cleaned and changed her. Got dressed and transferred to the front room.

3:35PM - Maureen took 8oz water with electrolytes. Fruit snack followed (melon and apple).

Total liquid intake - 40 oz
